Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, markets, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping is available worldwide. Magnets and other artwork have been shipped across the US and to the UK and Europe.

Where do you ship from?

Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

Products

Are your stickers waterproof?

All vinyl stickers are either made on high quality waterproof paper, or laminated for durability and water protection. Do not put them in the dishwasher, as it will reduce the quality and may cause damage. 

None of our textured glitter stickers are waterproof.

How big are your stickers?

Most stickers are approximately between 2" and 3" unless otherwise noted. Measurements are provided in each listing.

Are your products handmade?

Every product has at the very least components that are handmade. Some of the printing is done by production partners, but they are all designed by me. Details for each are:

  • Magnets: Handmade
  • Pride Stickers: Designed by me, printed by production partner
  • All other stickers: Designed, printed, and cut by me
  • Keychains: Designed by me, printed by production partner
  • T-Shirts: DTF Transfers created from my designs by production partner, applied by me
  • Art Prints: Designed by me, printed by a production partner, cut and packaged by me
  • Buttons: Designed by me, printed by production partner
  • Pins: Handmade, resin coated by me
  • Notepads: Designed, printed, cut and bound by me
  • Journals: Designed by me

What are the washing instructions for t-shirts and tanks? 

Turn inside out, and wash in cold water. Dry on low heat. They may shrink slightly in length the first time they are dried. 

Returns

Do you accept returns?

My priority is customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your product contact me at restingprideface@gmail.com within 30 days for a return or exchange.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will work with you to find a solution.

Custom Orders

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, I am happy to accommodate custom orders where possible. Some may take a bit longer than normal to process. Contact me at restingprideface@gmail.com to discuss.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
