Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, Pride season, market weekends, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
I keep limited stock on hand of my textile products, so those may take up to 14 days to ship, depending on the product.
All orders are packed and shipped from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Shipping
I offer flat rate shipping around the world as follows:
Canada
- Stickers: $2.49
- All other products: $6.99
FREE SHIPPING within Canada on any order over $75
USA
- Stickers: $3.99
- All other products: $12.99
International
- Stickers: $5.99
- All other products: $15.99
Sticker-only orders are shipped by letter mail to keep shipping costs affordable. These shipments may not include tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be included.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available in the Halifax area. If you select local pickup at checkout, I will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and I'll do my best to help.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will work with you to find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
Contact me within 30 days of purchase to discuss the return or exchange or any items. My priority is customer satisfaction.
